BMU: Receive the battery information (voltage and temperature) collected by the slave control module through internal CAN BUS, then perform logic and information statistical operation, drive the relay to realize battery charge and discharge protection, balance the battery, CAN and external others (UART/ RS485/CAN).

BCU: Realize a single battery voltage collection and NTC temperature control, then report current battery voltage, temperature and other states to BMU main control module through internal CAN BUS. BCU has a smart battery balancing function at the same time.

BTU: For some special applications manufacturers need more temperature detection channels.

BTU is an extended temperature detection module. One BTU supports up to 60 NTC temperature acquisition channels and reports temperature value to BMU through internal CAN. (Note: non-essential functions)

BIU: It realizes insulation detection function of battery pack B+B box and reports insulation detection data to BMU through the internal CAN.

*BMU: Control relay and BCU module need 20V~80V power supply. Use a DCDC power supply if your battery voltage is above this range. 24V is recommended.

*Use the relay main circuit switch. Working power consumption of 12V power relay is 250mA.

*BMS only provides 12V voltage to control relay operation.

*Advantages: Relay has 500A continuous current output, maximum peak value is 2000A and not easy to be damaged by heat. If the relay is damaged you can replace it, and the main controller will not be affected.

*Due to high voltage, we recommend that you add a precharge circuit to charge device capacitor.
