Main line welding instructions:
1. B-: Reliably connect the negative pole of the battery pack and the B-terminal on the protective plate with thick wires
2. P-: Securely connect the negative terminal of the load and the charger to the P- terminal on the protective plate with thick wires.
3. P+: Reliably connect the positive terminal of the load and charger to the P+ terminal on the protection board with thick wires.
4. B7: Reliably connect the positive pole of the battery pack and the B+ terminal on the protection board with thick wires
5. Connect B-.B1.B2.B3.B4.B5.B6.B7 to the terminals of the corresponding battery pack voltage.
Operating specifications:
1: The connection sequence of the cells is: first connect B-, and then connect the cell voltage detection terminals. The sequence is reversed when the cell is removed.
2: The cell voltage detection line uses the standard cable, B-, P-, P+, B7 need to select the appropriate wire diameter according to the continuous discharge current and charge current size.
3: After the battery and protection board are connected, measure the voltage between B+ and P-. If the measured voltage is equal to the total voltage of the battery pack, the protection board is working properly.
Note: When the protection board is connected to the battery pack or removed from the battery pack, the above sequence must be followed. Failure to follow the required sequence of operations can damage the components of the protection board and cause serious consequences.
