This is an active balancing board for lithium batteries, which uses non-crystalline transformer energy transfer to balance voltage differences. The whole group is balanced without any difference. It has automatic low-voltage sleep and temperature protection. The circuit board is sprayed with three-proof paint, which, after curing, becomes a transparent protective film with superior insulation, moisture-proof, leakage-proof, shock-proof, dust-proof, anti-corrosion, anti-aging, and anti-electricity performance, effectively protecting the circuit and improving the safety and reliability of the product. The circuit board is equipped with an aluminum heat sink, which has fast heat conduction and low temperature rise during high-current operation. This product is suitable for ternary lithium, lithium iron phosphate, and lithium titanate batteries, with a balancing voltage difference of 0.005V and a maximum balancing current of 10A. At a voltage difference of 0.1V, the current is about 1A, which will depend on the capacity and internal resistance of the battery. It will stop automatically at low voltage. When the first cell is below 2.7V (ternary lithium/lithium iron phosphate)/1.8V (lithium titanate), it will stop working and enter sleep mode, without worrying about over-discharge.

Explanation of balancing board working logic

Under normal conditions, after turning on the switch, the balancing board will work continuously. When the voltage of the first cell drops below 2.7V, the circuit board will enter low-voltage protection sleep mode. When the voltage of the first cell rises above 2.835V, the balancing board will resume normal operation
